Sessions are 60 minutes. Please arrive on time so you receive the full hour.
No. Joanne’s private gym is fully equipped and exclusively yours during your session.
You can bring up to two additional people. There’s an added fee per person at checkout.
Yes. Joanne is a Certified Nutritionist, and nutrition support is built into her coaching style.
Joanne has limited morning availability only. She will confirm your requested time after you submit your inquiry.

10-session packages must be used within 3 months.
